Taste of Vietnam - Some delicious Vietnamese dishes



Vietnamese cuisine is very popular and loved by most of the people in the world. Nowadays, Vietnamese restaurants are popping up in many Western and European countries. There are huge types of dishes of Vietnam to be loved. Each of the regions grows different foods due to the changing weather, allowing travelers to continually have something new to try. For example dishes of middle Vietnam are famous for their sharp taste while North Vietnam is known for dishes with slight flavor amalgamations. People of this region always cook fresh foods in their dishes to make it healthy. Sometimes, they also use slight oil or fats in their dishes to have a hygienic and yummy taste.

Let’s introduce with some popular Vietnamese dishes:

Pho - This tasty and widely available dish is a salty broth, fresh rice noodles, a sprinkling of herbs and chicken or beef, features predominately in the local diet and understandably so.



Cha ca - This food is named after a street.

Bun oc - Soup made with vermicelli and sea snails.

Bo kho - A beef stew flavored with spicy herbs.
